Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications :

Candidate must have passed 12th from recognized Board/University with minimum 45% marks OR have passed the Madhyamik examination with Stenography Course from any ITI with 45% marks.

Candidate shall have Knowledge of operating Computer and a or Government recognized or Government registered Institution or University which may be of the minimum duration of 3 (three) months.

Candidate must be proficient in typing in English on computer and shorthand writing/transcription with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute and 100 words per minute respectively.

Age Limit :

Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 years.

Pay Scale

Rs. 5,700/-24,000/-

Scheme of Examination

The selection process will consist of three successive stages as under :
(i) Preliminary Examination of 100 marks (multiple Choice Type Test)
(ii) Type Writing (Using Computer) of 100 marks & Shorthand Writing & Transcription (using the computer) of 200 marks.
(iii) Main Examination of 250 marks (Conventional Type Test).

Selection Process

Selection will be done on merit on the basis of marks obtained by a candidate in Main Examination plus the marks obtained in the Type Writing & Shorthand Writing & Transcription Test.
